Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fcmler i\u00e7in do\u011fru malzeme se\u00e7imi; (3) Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fcmlerin s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Gereksinimlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131na g\u00f6re iki kategoriye ayr\u0131labilir, b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u00fcklere maruz kalan bir par\u00e7a s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 veya y\u00fcksek ba\u011f\u0131l hareket h\u0131z\u0131na sahip par\u00e7alar, projenin boyut, y\u00fczey kalitesi, kimyasal bile\u015fim, mekanik \u00f6zelliklere (gerilme mukavemeti, uzama, sertlik) sahip olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edin; di\u011fer par\u00e7alar i\u00e7in di\u011fer kategori, projenin boyut, y\u00fczey kalitesi ve kimyasal bile\u015fime sahip olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kontrol eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fcm tasar\u0131m\u0131nda, par\u00e7alar\u0131n bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 d\u00f6k\u00fcm i\u015flem gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamas\u0131na da dikkat edilmelidir. Ay\u0131rma y\u00fczeyinin konumundan, itme \u00e7ubu\u011funun \u00fcst y\u00fczeyinin konumundan, ilgili gereksinimlerin d\u00f6k\u00fcm deli\u011finden, ilgili gereksinimlerin b\u00fcz\u00fclme deformasyonundan ve ayr\u0131ca i\u015fleme \u00f6dene\u011finin boyutundan ve benzerlerinden kal\u0131p d\u00f6k\u00fcm i\u015flemi dikkate al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.
