As especifica\u00e7\u00f5es do processo para a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o a baixa press\u00e3o incluem o carregamento, a pressuriza\u00e7\u00e3o, a temperatura de pr\u00e9-aquecimento, a temperatura de inje\u00e7\u00e3o, o revestimento da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1) Carregamento e pressuriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A press\u00e3o ascendente \u00e9 a press\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria quando o n\u00edvel do l\u00edquido met\u00e1lico sobe para a porta de fluxo. A velocidade de subida do l\u00edquido met\u00e1lico no tubo de subida deve ser t\u00e3o lenta quanto poss\u00edvel, o que favorece a descarga do g\u00e1s na cavidade, e o metal n\u00e3o salpica quando entra na porta de fluxo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2) Press\u00e3o de enchimento e velocidade de enchimento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A press\u00e3o de carga Pa \u00e9 a press\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para elevar a carga de metal l\u00edquido at\u00e9 ao topo da pe\u00e7a fundida. Durante a fase de enchimento, a taxa de aumento da press\u00e3o em toda a superf\u00edcie do l\u00edquido \u00e9 a velocidade de enchimento<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(3) Pressuriza\u00e7\u00e3o e velocidade de pressuriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ap\u00f3s a cavidade preenchida com metal l\u00edquido, continuar a aumentar a press\u00e3o, de modo a que a cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da pe\u00e7a fundida num determinado tamanho de press\u00e3o de solidifica\u00e7\u00e3o. Nesta altura, a press\u00e3o \u00e9 designada por press\u00e3o de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Quanto maior for a press\u00e3o de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, melhor ser\u00e1 o efeito de contra\u00e7\u00e3o e mais densa ser\u00e1 a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o final da fundi\u00e7\u00e3o obtida. No entanto, em qualquer caso, n\u00e3o se pode aumentar a press\u00e3o de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para melhorar a qualidade das pe\u00e7as fundidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(4) Tempo de espera<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A press\u00e3o da cavidade \u00e9 aumentada at\u00e9 \u00e0 press\u00e3o do produto, mantida \u00e0 press\u00e3o de cristaliza\u00e7\u00e3o durante um certo per\u00edodo de tempo, verificando-se que a pe\u00e7a fundida est\u00e1 completamente solidificada, o tempo necess\u00e1rio \u00e9 designado por tempo de press\u00e3o de reten\u00e7\u00e3o. Se o tempo de press\u00e3o n\u00e3o for suficiente, a pe\u00e7a fundida n\u00e3o est\u00e1 completamente solidificada, o metal l\u00edquido da cavidade volta todo ou parte do fluxo para a doa\u00e7\u00e3o, resultando em pe\u00e7as fundidas \"vazias\": se o tempo de press\u00e3o for demasiado longo, a pe\u00e7a fundida permanece demasiado tempo, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 reduz o rendimento do processo, mas tamb\u00e9m leva \u00e0 \"congela\u00e7\u00e3o\" da boca do fluxo, de modo que a pe\u00e7a fundida \u00e9 dif\u00edcil de formar. As pe\u00e7as fundidas s\u00e3o dif\u00edceis de formar, pelo que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o deve escolher o tempo de press\u00e3o correto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(5) Temperatura de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o e temperatura de escoamento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
