During the installation and operation of a tie line tower, the pulling force of the tie line needs to be precisely adjusted to ensure that the force is in a balanced state. The wedge-shaped UT-shaped tensioning clamp consists of a wedge mother, a wedge and a long U-shaped screw with a certain adjustment range. These clamps are used not only for stabilizing the tension wire, but also for adjusting the length of the tension wire and are suitable for installing galvanized strand types GJ - 25 to GJ - 70. For one thing, before installation, lubricant should be evenly applied to the wire fastener area to guarantee smooth adjustment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Secondly, the tongue of the clip and the pulling line must be tightly fitted, and there will be no sliding phenomenon after enduring the pulling force. At the same time, the belly of the clip should be on the side of the tail line, and in the installation process can not cause any damage to the strands of the pulling line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thirdly, no significant loose strands should be allowed to exist in the bent part of the pulling wire, and the connection between the broken end of the pulling wire and the main wire should be firm and reliable. The length of the tail wire exposed at the clamping part should be controlled between 300 and 500 mm, and the tail wire should be firmly tied to the main wire after turning back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fourthly, galvanized iron wire with a diameter of not more than 3.2 mm should be used as the wire used for pulling and tying the wire. Among them, the long end of the tie wire should be wound 15 times, and the short end should be wound 5 times, and the end of the tie wire should be twisted. The short end of the wire should be left 25 mm from the end of the wire, and the whole process of tying the wire should be done evenly, closely and beautifully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
